call away. We can configure your network for secure remote
access to ensure prompt service and take care of all your
IT needs. If you want, you can watch as a Picard engineer
logs onto your PC remotely and diagnoses your problem. Often
a site visit isn't necessary, and minor problems can be fixed
with a quick phone call in a matter of minutes. We can explain
as we go, or just fix the problem and call you back.
Onsite
